Carmen's Birthday Bash at @mosphere

TESSY: Last night, we went to have..., have..., dinner to..., to..., celebrate Carmen's 9th Birthday at @mosphere, a special restaurant..., restaurant..., on the 18th floor of..., of..., Tun Mustapha building in Likas.

CARMEN: It is more well known as Sabah Foundation or Yayasan Sabah (YS) Building. More details on @mosphere can be found at few news articles titled Delights in Sabah Tourism, @mosphere - Sabah's newly newly open high-end class restaurant, and Sabah’s revolving eatery at Sabah Foundation building.

TESSY: Yupp. Why @mosphere is a so special is because..., because..., em..., em..., it is the only revolving restaurant in..., in..., Sabah.

CARMEN: Maybe the only one in the whole of Borneo, Tess. Dad said the restaurant revolved at 6 degree per minute whatever that means.

TESSY: Carmen..., the restaurant will take about..., about..., 1 hour to rotate one full circle.

CARMEN: Actually, dining at @mosphere is a great experience with the best view of Kota Kinabalu in 360 degree. Is my mathematics correct, Tess? Best to go there to enjoy the sunset view. All the design is really cozy and modern, just like in the future, even their toilets.

TESSY: I even forgot about my..., about my..., food. Carmen and I just enjoyed the place and not the food.

CARMEN: The best part is the service. Really excellent. The staff sang Happy Birthday to me (not once, but twice) when they brought out my delicious Birthday Cake, and they even gave me a Birthday Card with all staff's signatures in it. The candles were special too. You have to blow them off many many times. I think they put candles that cannot be easily blown off to make work harder?

TESSY: Also, the staff were..., were..., very friendly, always smiling...

CARMEN: And they were very pleasant too. They even let us play on their Grand Piano, right, Tessy?

TESSY: Yupp, playing piano while revolving can be..., can be..., quite dizzy.

CARMEN: I think mom felt dizzy during dinner that she lost her appetite. She said she felt like sea sick...

TESSY: Coz she kept looking at the..., at the..., movement of the windows and..., and..., floor.

CARMEN: Yupp, should just stare at the dining table.

TESSY: Anyway, we had so much fun that we didn't wantr to leave.

CARMEN: Even our cousins, Darren and Damien joined us later in the night, and I think they were also as excited as us with the revolving thingy. We walk around the restaurant many times.

TESSY: Darren likes your Birthday cake too, Carmen.

CARMEN: This is my most memorable Birthday dinner ever. Nothing to do with the food or the cake. Just the @mosphere - get it? Will get dad to post some pics next time.

TESSY: Oh, Happy Birthday Carmen.

CARMEN: Thank you so much, Tessy...
